I was looking at your website today and it got me to thinking about the day my wife and I first met with you. I had spoken with a number of your competitors and visited several of them. We got such a good feeling about doing business with you that day that we placed an order.
Apparently my initial impression was a little off. You are not good people to work with, you are THE BEST!
We love our saltwater tank and the great fish recommendations you have made.
Why was I looking at the website? Because I wanted to refer a friend to you.

I trust that you received my message today in response to your call. I have not forgotten our fish and their tank and thanks to you, that's one worry I don't have -- as I said in my telephone message.
If you could see the state of our new condo, you would not wish for any fish to be there at this time....if we can, let's put the timing of the reinstallation out for another two weeks, unless I call you first. Again, thank you for your incredible service. I am reminded that when we first met, I stated that service was most important to me; little did I know exactly what that would entail when I made that comment.
Thanks for incredible service. If you would like to bill me for fish day care and storage, I understand, just let me know what you're thinking.

Jessica, John and Norm have been great to work with. They helped select the right aquarium for my home and have kept it vibrant and pleasant to watch. Every month after their maintenance is complete our tank shines and looks like the first day we bought it. My wife and I strongly recommend hiring Aquariclean for any and all aquarium needs.
